In olfactotherapy, Roman chamomile essential oil is used against anxiety. Precious and relatively expensive, this essential oil is used more in inhalation (directly from the bottle) rather than in diffusion for an optimal effect.

Solubility: All essential oils are soluble in oil or oily raw materials. To mix an essential oil in water, it must first be dissolved in a dispersant such as Disper.
