Rich in witch hazel hydrosol, this cream soothes, reduces redness and immediately relieves the skin after shaving. Evening primrose vegetable oil softens and revitalizes your skin, while its anti-inflammatory properties relieve redness and irritation associated with shaving. Peppermint essential oil provides a very pleasant feeling of freshness. This treatment is ideal for all skin types.

Precautions before starting

Before starting, it is advisable to clean and disinfect the work surface and the utensils: the prepared products will go on the skin, it is therefore necessary to avoid any microbial contamination!

Thoroughly clean the BeautyMix. Then, soak a clean cloth in 70° alcohol (available in supermarkets) and use it to disinfect the BeautyMix tank and all the utensils. Let dry.

Clean the work surface and remove objects that could get in the way.

Place a clean paper towel on the work surface, and place the utensils on it. Have available: a clean teaspoon or spatula, and a clean, dry container for pouring the preparation once ready. Wash hands thoroughly.

Respect the dosages indicated for the ingredients of the recipe.

1
In a first bowl, mix the evening primrose vegetable oil and the cutina.
4.6 g
2
Weigh the organic Witch Hazel hydrosol and the baking soda in a second bowl.
23.0 g
3
Heat 2 pans of water. When the water begins to simmer in the 2 pans, place your 2 bowls in the bain-marie at the same time then let your preparations heat up without mixing or stirring (the water must remain simmering).
4
When the cutina has completely melted in the oil, wait another 1 minute (important to reach the right temperature) then remove the bowls from the bain-marie.
5
Immediately pour the aqueous phase into the oily phase then beat vigorously with a whisk or fork for at least 5 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy texture (let cool for another 5 minutes).
6
Then add isocide, vitamin E and peppermint essential oil. Mix well then transfer into a jar or 30 ml airless bottle using a spoon or silicone spatula.

7
Finally wait 15 minutes for complete cooling: it's ready!
And There you go !
