Recipe

This beard wax recipe, penetrating and with a non-greasy feel, disciplines and sculpts your beard without giving it a sticky feel or effect. Both rich in squalane and castor oil, it prevents dehydration of the skin and promotes growth, for a denser and more uniform beard. Atlas cedar essential oil gives it a fragrance with woody, pleasant and masculine notes.

PROPERTIES AND BENEFITS

  • Beeswax: its film-forming properties contribute to its protective and anti-dehydrating action. It is also known for its antimicrobial and sanitizing benefits.
  • Castor Vegetable Oil: Castor vegetable oil strengthens and helps grow your hair to make it stronger and thicker. Nourishing, it also restores shine to your beard.
  • Squalane: soft, silky and non-greasy (dry touch), it spreads very well and gives your face and beard incomparable softness. Very close to human sebum, its excellent affinity with the skin improves the absorption of different active ingredients. It strengthens the lipid barrier of the epidermis: it is an ideal active against dehydration of the skin.
  • Vitamin E: natural antioxidant, it protects the oily phases (oils and butters) from oxidation. Oils do not go rancid and therefore do not lose their properties and benefits. It is also a very effective anti-aging active ingredient.
  • Atlas cedar essential oil: it offers an elegant and masculine scent to your beard wax.

Usage

BENEFITS: restores shine, styles, structures and softens the beard.

TIPS & TRICKS

Information :
Vitamin E being viscous, the first drop takes longer to fall (around 30 seconds).

NOTE :
Store at a cool temperature; in case of high heat, place your wax in a cooler place to prevent it from becoming too liquid.

Precautions before starting

Before starting, it is advisable to clean and disinfect the work surface and the utensils: the prepared products will go on the skin, it is therefore necessary to avoid any microbial contamination!

Thoroughly clean the BeautyMix. Then, soak a clean cloth in 70° alcohol (available in supermarkets) and use it to disinfect the BeautyMix tank and all the utensils. Let dry.

Clean the work surface and remove objects that could get in the way.

Place a clean paper towel on the work surface, and place the utensils on it. Have available: a clean teaspoon or spatula, and a clean, dry container for pouring the preparation once ready. Wash hands thoroughly.

Respect the dosages indicated for the ingredients of the recipe.
