Take care of your skin in summer: moisturize and protect
With days in the sun, the breath of the sea wind, swimming in the sea, diving in the pool, the skin is put to the test... We therefore adapt our beauty routine with 3 steps:
- If there is only one gesture to remember for the whole summer, it is this one: hydrate! In summer, we sweat more easily, and we become dehydrated more quickly. To maintain a good level of hydration, we therefore continue to nourish our skin morning and evening. Take care of your body in summer: exfoliate and nourish
It's not just the skin of the face that needs to be pampered in summer! Don't forget to take care of your body so that it keeps all its flexibility. In addition to sun protection, which is also essential for the summer season, you protect your body's skin by regularly exfoliating: and yes, in summer, the skin needs a little boost to regenerate. A good exfoliation once a week frees the skin deeply of accumulated impurities and sebum, while repairing its natural barrier. To be preferred in the evening, after the beach!
Add an after-sun care to your summer routine to prevent the skin from becoming dehydrated. It provides intense hydration to nourish sun-dried skin and soothes redness and minor burns. Thanks to its regenerating properties, it also slows down skin aging.
