Our pharmacist's opinion
Why use Neroli essential oil?
The bitter orange tree, also called bitter orange (Citrus aurantium var amara) alone produces 3 essential oils of choice: petit grain bigarade (coming from the distillation of the leaves), bitter orange essential oil (coming from expression of the zest of the fruit) and the precious neroli (from the distillation of the flowers). Neroli essential oil can, of course, be used olfactorily: it is also strongly recommended for inhalation, directly from the bottle, to soothe the nervous system and rebalance the emotions. It can obviously also be broadcast but this use is not recommended given its exceptionally high price. How to properly use Neroli essential oil?
