Dosages

The essential oils that we present to you are effective and very rich in active ingredients. The indicated dosages should not be exceeded.

  • As a food supplement (oral): 2 drops 3 times a day for a maximum of 5 days (see precautions for use).
  • In your non-rinsed facial treatments (day cream, make-up remover milk, two-phase, etc.): maximum 1 drop per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.3%).
  • In your rinsed facial treatments (scrubs, masks, etc.): maximum 2 drops per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.6%).
  • In your leave-on cosmetics for the body (balms, beauty oils, moisturizing milk, nourishing creams, etc.): max 1 drop per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.3%).
  • In your rinsed-off body cosmetics (shower gels, scrubs, etc.): max 2 drops per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.6%).

Lemon essential oil cutaneously

Anti-pimples

Mix in a bottle:

  • 20 drops of tea tree oil
  • 20 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 10 drops of true lavender essential oil
  • 50 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil

Then apply locally to the pimple twice a day maximum (morning and evening).


Anti-cellulite

Mix:

  • 3 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 2 drops of Virginia cedar essential oil
  • 3 drops of grapefruit essential oil
  • 5 ml of apricot kernel vegetable oil

Apply the mixture to the thighs and buttocks twice a day then massage firmly.



Lemon essential oil orally

Digestion difficile

On a neutral tablet in the morning or mixed in a spoonful of olive oil or on breadcrumbs:

  • 1 drop of lemon essential oil
  • 1 drop of tarragon essential oil
  • 1 drop of peppermint oil

Use for up to 7 days.


Fat burner

Mix:

  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 drop of lemon EO
  • 1 drop of grapefruit oil

Use in the morning on a neutral tablet for a maximum of 7 days.



Lemon essential oil in diffusion

Winter viruses

Mix:

  • lemon essential oil 30 drops
  • ravintsara essential oil 15 drops
  • radiated eucalyptus essential oil 15 drops
  • Place 6 drops of the mixture in an ultrasonic diffuser to diffuse for 30 minutes continuously or 1 hour intermittently in the morning and at midday in the office or living room.

Anti-fatigue

Mix (mixture for your essential oil diffuser):

  • 3 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  • 2 drops of exotic basil oil
  • 2 drops of Scots pine oil

Diffuse this mixture in the morning for 30 minutes continuously or for 1 hour intermittently, twice a day maximum (morning and noon).
